LAUREN STROUD

Lauren trained professionally at Laine Theatre Arts, graduating with her National Diploma in Musical Theatre (TRINITY, London).

Theatre credits include: Swing/Cover Glinda in Wicked West End, Ensemble/cover and playing Doralee Rhodes in 9 to 5 UK Tour, The role of Frenchy/cover Sandy in Grease UK Tour; Ensemble/cover and playing Penny Pingleton in Hairspray UK Tour; Sharpette/cover and playing Sharpay Evans in Disney’s High School Musical (UK Tour); Belle in Beauty in the Beast (Royal Spa Centre Leamington); Princess Aurora in Sleeping Beauty (Princess Theatre); Jemima Potts in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (London Palladium); Young Cosette in Les Misérables (Palace Theatre); title role in Annie (UK Tour); Mugglewump in The Twits (UK Tour).

Television and radio credits include: the role of Vanessa in It’s a Girl Thing (Channel 4); Bringer of Sweets (BBC Radio 4). She has also featured as a voice-over artiste for numerous projects including Disney and British Telecom.

Lauren is delighted to be joining the cast of Dance til Dawn and would like to thank her family and friends for their continued love and support.
